Service

InfinitiTimepieces.com is proud to offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders to all U.S. destinations, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

UPS next day and 2nd day service is available at an additional cost.

Please note orders are shipped within one to three business days. If you require immediate delivery please contact us for availability.

Note: APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service with full insurance.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent you your from our shipping department stating your item was successfully shipped. You will receive a tracking number and will be able to track your package from the shipping carriers website.

Insurance

All orders processed are shipped with full insurance value. All shipments are protected against damage, loss and theft.

Signature Required

For your protection and security reasons, an adult signature is required with every package shipped from InfinitiTimepieces.com. Please make sure there is an adult at the receiving address to sign for the shipment. If there is no one available to receive the package, your UPS driver will make a second and third attempt. If the UPS driver is still unsuccessful with your delivery, you may also arrange to pick up the package at your local UPS branch. If a package is returned to InfinitiTimepieces.com because of non-delivery, all shipping charges will be charged back to the customer.

Alternative Shipping Address

For security purposes InfinitiTimepieces.com prefers to ship all packages to the billing address.
If you are requesting to ship to an alternative shipping address other than your billing address. Please contact your credit card company and request an alternative shipping address. You can use the toll free number on the back of your credit card to do so.

This security practice protects both the consumer and InfinitiTimepieces.com from potential fraudulent orders. This practice acknowledges us that the cardholder has authorized InfinitiTimepieces.com to expedite your package to an address other than the billing address.

Shipping Issues

If your item is damaged when received, please contact InfinitiTimepieces.com to initiate an investigation within 48 hours of receiving the package. We prefer you contact our customer service department same day, if possible.

Claims may take up to a couple weeks to process. After completion, a replacement item will be expedited immediately. If for any reason your timepiece is no longer available, InfinitiTimepieces.com will refund your payment. You may also use the credit towards another timepiece.

Please inspect your timepiece as you receive your package. If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to make corrections.

International Shipping

InfinitiTimepieces.com offers worldwide shipping. Worldwide service via UPS insured with tracking number. The fee for international shipping is $65.00. If the purchase amount is greater than $7500.00, shipping charge is $120.00. Standard service to Canada is $30.00.

Note: InfinitiTimepieces.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes in your country.

If an international order is received damaged or if you don't receive your package, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before compensation or replacement is issued by InfinitiTimepieces.com. If this is the case, please contact InfinitiTimepieces.com within 48 hours of delivery to conduct a claim.
