Every timepiece sold through InfinitiTimepieces.com will include a three year warranty from the date of purchase. Since InfinitiTimepieces.com is not an authorized dealer, each timepiece will be serviced through our InfinitiTimepieces.com service center. Our service team consists of highly qualified and experienced professional watchmakers. Our warranty coverage is a major part to the success of our customer service satisfaction. We are committed to you from the point of sale and all after sale communication. Our dedication exceeds far beyond any expectation.

InfinitiTimepieces.com warranties the manufacturing and material defects. During the warranty period, any manufacturing that proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use will be repaired under our warranty protection at no cost. Regardless of the date the defect occurred, your timepiece must be in our possession prior to warranty expiration. Our warranty coverage doesn't include battery replacements, cases, bracelets, crystals, straps, buckles, crown/stem, dials, or finishes.

Our warranty plan doesn't cover damage caused by wear and tear, and/or accidental or intentional misuse or abuse. Damage that exceeds the manufacturer's specifications for water resistance is not covered. Any alterations, service, or repairs performed by anyone other than InfinitiTimepieces.com will void our warranty coverage at that point. Warranties are not transferrable. Timepieces purchased as gifts must be stated at time of purchase.

All shipping costs related to warranty returns to InfinitiTimepieces.com must be covered by the customer. All packages must shipped with full insurance value of the original purchase price. You must provide us a tracking number for your return upon shipment.

All warranty returns must have a RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to shipping. Please contact customer service and we will issue you a number. Please fill out and submit a RMA form along with your shipment.
